Users are responsible for ensuring that their phone numbers are accurate and active. Turtel AI is not liable for undelivered messages due to incorrect phone numbers or carrier issues.

• SAUERAPPLE LLC does not permanently store your individual responses to conversation prompts
• Your responses may be processed for analytics to improve prompt effectiveness
• Twilio, our SMS provider, maintains logs of messages per their data policies
• Phone numbers and basic account information are securely stored

• Use Turtel AI for abusive, harassing, or inappropriate communication

In no event shall Turtel AI or SAUERAPPLE LLC be liable for:

• Undelivered messages due to carrier issues or incorrect phone numbers
• Content of conversations between users facilitated by our prompts
• Any relationship outcomes, positive or negative, from using our service
• Technical errors affecting SMS delivery or service availability
• Data processing, storage, or retention by our third-party service providers, including Twilio
• Any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the claim arose.
