  • Technical failures preventing SMS message delivery
  • Subscription activation errors or service not functioning as described
  • Order processing errors or unauthorized charges
  • Cancellation requests submitted within 14 days of subscription purchase, provided no messages have been sent

1.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Active subscriptions beyond the 14-day cancellation window
  • Messages delayed or undelivered due to carrier service disruptions
  • Failure to update contact information or phone number
  • Partial subscription periods already used

1.3 Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact support@turtel.ai with your subscription details
  • Provide any relevant documentation (error messages, account details, etc.)
  • Allow up to 5 business days for review
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method

2. Subscription Management

Turtel AI offers subscription-based services. You can manage your subscription through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by texting "STOP" or through your account settings
  • Prorated refunds may be available depending on the circumstances
  • Service will continue until the end of the current billing period after cancellation

3. Dispute Resolution

3.1 Filing a Dispute

For issues related to service quality or SMS delivery:

  • Email support@turtel.ai with details of your concern
  • Include your account information and any relevant documentation
  • Allow 2 business days for an initial response
  • Disputes will be handled in accordance with these policies and our Terms and Conditions

3.2 Resolution Process

  • Initial review by our customer service team
  • Escalation to management if needed
  • Resolution typically within 7 business days
  • If unresolved, we may offer third-party mediation

4. Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Transactions are in USD unless specified otherwise
  • Billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the charge
  • Chargeback fees may apply for invalid disputes
